ENGINE STOP SWITCH INSPECTION
1. Remove the fan cover.
2. Disconnect the engine stop switch connector from the
ignition coil primary terminal.
3. With the multimeter set to measure Ohms, connect one lead
to the engine stop switch connector and the other lead to
ground.
There should be continuity when the flywheel brake lever is
released.
There should be no continuity when the flywheel brake lever
is held against the handlebar.
