Euro-2500TX is the electronic cash register (henceforth ECR) characterised by following parameters:

The E-2500N 16-bit microcontroller is the heart of the Euro-2500TX. ECR programme is stored in the EPROM memory of 256
or 512 kB. Standard RAM memory size is 512 kB.
System contains:
• power supply circuits
• microprocessor system
• real-time circuit
• reset controller
• stand-by controller
• external keyboard interface
• external and internal display interfaces
• RS-422 serial interface circuit for PC
• RS-232 serial interface circuits for PC, bar-code scanner, scales and the EFT terminal • RS-232 serial interface circuits for PC, bar-code scanner, scales and the EFT terminal
• RS-422 serial interface extension module for additional peripherials • RS-422 serial interface extension module for additional peripherials
