Step 8 Attach thermal insulation foam to the pipes and ensure that the foam is in close
contact with the pipes.
Step 9 After pipes are connected, seal the gaps between the knock-out holes and the
pipes using sealant or foaming agent.

3.9 (Optional) Performing a Leakage Test with
Nitrogen
Prerequisites
You can decide whether a leakage test with nitrogen needs to be performed or not
based on the site situation.
Pipes have been properly connected.
Procedure
Step 1 Manually turn the chilled water valve to the maximum (100%).
Step 2 Connect a reducing valve, pressure gauge, and nitrogen cylinder to any needle
valve of the smart cooling product. Inject 0.8 MPa nitrogen (the pressure should
reach 0.8 MPa after it is stabilized), and keep it for 24 hours.
