Operation
Choose Maint >
Diagnostic Mode >
Enter, and set the
chilled water valve
opening to 100%.
Check that the chilled
water valve handle
automatically turns
to the maximum
opening.
Check that no foreign
matter exists in the
fan.
Check that the fan
blades are intact.
Check that no
abnormal voice is
generated during
operation.
Check that the fan
screws are secured
and not deformed.
Check that the wiring
terminals are
secured.
Check and secure all
cable connections.
Ensure that all wiring
terminals, such as
those between the
electric control box
panel and the fan,
temperature sensor,
water sensor, subrack
power supply, and
chilled water valve,
are securely
connected.
Use a brush or
compressed dry air to
clean various electric
components, control
components, the
main control board,
and so on.

Troubleshooting
If the handle of the chilled
water valve actuator does
not automatically turn to the
maximum, adjust the
actuator to the maximum
(100%).
Clean the foreign matters.
Repair the fan blades. If the
fan blades are irreparable,
replace the fan.
Clear foreign matter. Check
that screws securing the fan
are tightened.
Tighten the screws. Replace
the screws if necessary.
Reconnect the cables.
If a wiring terminal is loose,
secure or replace it promptly.
