Possible Cause
The power supply
frequency exceeds the
upper threshold.
● The power supply
voltage is below
the lower
threshold.
● If a voltage jumper
is used, it may be
incorrectly
connected.
● If a toggle switch is
used, it may be
incorrectly set.

ensure that it is within
the working range.
