Symptom
Rear QEV leaks.
Front QEV leaks.
Eclipse Ego does not fire.
Low Velocity First Shot
High Velocity First Shot
Possible Cause
Main rammer seal is damaged.
Faulty seals inside QEV.
Faulty seals inside QEV.
Trigger is set up incorrectly.
Solenoid is not plugged into Eclipse
Ego PCB.
The Break Beam Sensor System is
enabled but there is no paint.
FSDO parameter is too low to overcome
stiction on Solenoid and / or Rammer
O-Rings.
FSDO parameter set too high.
Inline Regulator pressure creeping.
Solution
Replace 011 seal on rammer shaft.
Strip QEV and inspect seals for debris
or damage.
Strip QEV and inspect seals for debris
or damage.
Set trigger up correctly (see Advanced
Set-up Section).
Plug solenoid into port on the Eclipse
Ego PCB.
Fill loader with paint.
Increase FSDO parameter.
Reduce FSDO parameter.
Strip and clean Inline Regulator.
