5.3 Signal-to-Noise Ratio

Preparation

Short the + and - terminals for channel 1.

Setting Procedure

(1) Load the condition settings ﬁle CondNoise.CND as described above.

(2) Press the [DISPLAY] key until the menu shown below appears.

(3) Press the [START] key to start data capture.

(4) Wait until the "Finished" message is displayed, and then display the values as shown below.

(5) Conﬁrm that the difference between the maximum and minimum values is within 0.06 mV.
