Cleaning and Greasing the Parts
1. Clean the hub, the bearings and the adapters
(see ).

2. Check the bearings.
If the hub doesn't turn smoothly, change the
bearings (see Technical Manual at
www.dtswiss.com).
3. Grease the bearings (Abb.3-1/2) and the contact
surface of both adapters (Abb.3-1/1, 5) with
multipurpose grease.
Putting on the Adapters
1. Put both adapters (Abb.3-1/1, 5) onto the hub by
hand.
Caution: If the adapters have different lengths, the
shorter adapter must be put to the drive side.
