Setting the Automatic Line Selection

As System Manager, you can use AT&TSet to set the Automatic Line Selection
for each extension. Automatic Line Selection is the order in which the users
are connected to idle lines when they lift the telephone handset or press the
speaker button. The system always picks the first choice in the Automatic Line
Selection list that is inactive at the time. The Automatic Line Selection cannot
be read from the telephone. If the extension's telephone programming is read,
the Automatic Line Selection indicated in AT&TSet may not accurately reflect
the telephone's programming.
To set the Automatic Line selection:

Selected Automatic Line Selection. . . from the Programming
menu.
The Automatic Line Selection dialog box appears.
