OPERATOR'S MANUAL
Once pins are removed slide down arm mount from connecting rod,
Loosen four screws (S) that fix connecting rod to gearbox body,
Remove damaged connecting rod module,
Install new connecting rod,
Re-tighten the screws (S) with adequate torque,
Use support again when installing arm mount, securing it with expansion pins.
When replacing connecting rod it is not necessary to drain oil from the gear.

6.3. Wheel replacement

CAUTION!
On regular basis inspect condition of tires, tread, tire pressure (Tab. 1 and
sticker N-196) and tightening of nuts in wheels (the torque should be in
accordance with Tab. 3).
Make sure to gave inspections, in particular:
after first use of the rake,
every 50 h of operation,
after wheel replacement,
in case of intensive use.
CAUTION!
Operation with damaged wheel may cause a serious accident.
When found damaged, replace the wheel as follows:
set the machine on a stable ground and protect it against uncontrolled moving,
loosen wheel nuts,
mount lifter in points as shown in Fig. 39 and lift the machine,
remove the wheel,
clean nuts and pins and check their technical condition,
install the wheel on hub, tighten nuts to have the as close to the hub as possible,
lower the machine and tighten nuts using recommended torque (Tab. 3).
