6.10.2. Conveyor belt replacement and adjustment instruction

Mower KDD with conveyors must be suspended onto tractor. Lean the mower with use of
upper connector (cylinder) maximally to the front – in order to increase the distance between
conveyor and the ground.
I. Steps to be taken when transporting in operating position (horizontal).
1. Using a marker, mark lines on millimetre measures – decal 77 (if belts worked well).
2. Loosen tightening roller mechanism – screws M10 - S
screw M12 – S by approx. 30 mm / 3'11" (Fig. 44).

II. Steps to be taken when transporting in vertical position. Mower shall be leaned to the front
so the distance between conveyor and the ground is approx. 1 m / 3' 3".
