2. Impurities inside belt are removed once conveyor is in vertical position. Belt is deflected with hand
and then impurities are removed with a hook wire.

6.10.2. Conveyor belt replacement

To replace conveyor belt attach the machine on tractor, together with hydraulic hoses and electric
wires, and then:
1. On scale (N-77) affixed on the machine mark initial tensioning of roller powering the conveyor (item
1 - Fig. 46).
2. Loosen bolts fastening conveyor belt tensioners (starting from outermost side of the machine).
Do not loosen bolt in location of hydraulic motor!
3. Loosen bolts adjusting conveyor belt tension (starting from outermost side of the machine).
4. Lift the conveyor up with hydraulic system of the machine and the tractor.
5. Loosen all bolts fastening the lower bar, including conveyor belt tensioners (Fig. 47).
