Test description:
1) The printer will print out the identifying data of Euro-2000T Alpha / 1000T - version no., configuration (DPT
number, PLU number) serial interface and FM enable / disable information.
2) The printer will print out the character set in standard size with related hexadecimal codes.
Test is terminated by buzzer beep.
Check to see that all characters are printed properly. If there is an error, see 7.3.
6.2.2. Thermal head position scanning test.
Test initiation:
1) Switch the cash register to ,,P“ mode.
2) Press 201 on numerical keyboard.
3) Press the key

Test description:
1) The current head position is displayed.
2) Move the thermal head up and down and check the proper information on the display.
Terminate the test by pressing any key.
If incorrect position scanning, see 7.3.
6.2.3. Paper end sensors test.
Test initiation:
1) Switch the cash register to ,,P“ mode.
2) Press 202 on numerical keyboard.
3) Press the key

1) The paper presence information in both sensors is displayed.
2) Feed the paper in and out and check if the proper information is displayed.
Terminate the test by pressing any key.
If incorrect paper end sensor scanning, see 7.3.
