1. Open the History screen:
Tap History in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen, or,

Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Shipping History.
l
2. Tap the History icon in the application drawer on the Home screen.
3. All the trackable labels appear in date order. The latest date appears first in the list.
4. Locate your label in the list. To sort by a different column, tap that column heading.
5. Tap on the shipment.
6. Tap Request Refund.
7. Select the agree box to agree to the conditions and then tap Continue.
