Chapter 7 How to Use WriteEZ5 Flash Programming Software
(7.1) Select [File]  [Load] from the menu bar or click on the [Load] icon.
(7.2) Select a program file to be written to the target device, then click on the
button Open .
Completion of HEX File Download
Select [Device]  [Autoprocedure(EPV)] form the menu bar or click on the
[Autoprocedure] icon.
When the [Autoprocedure(EPV)] command is executed, Blank Check  Erase 
Program and Flash Internal Verify are executed sequentially for the RL78/I1A
device.
