TO OPERATE FROM SPEED CALLING –
SYSTEM KEY
1.
Press the Speed Calling –System key.
2.
If the DT830G does not have the Speed Calling –
System key, dial the Speed Calling – System
Access Code, then the abbreviated call code.
ONE-TOUCH SPEED CALLING
SETTING USING SPD SET SOFT
KEY
You can add, edit, or delete a One-Touch Speed
Calling key using programmable Line/Feature key
or SPD Set key. When using SPD Set soft key,
OneTouch Speed Calling can be set when the
terminal in an off-hook state (idle), otherwise, it is
invalid.
SPD Set is configured at the
installation stage.
To Add the One- Touch Speed Calling
Key with SPD Set Key as New Data
1.
Press the SPD Set key.
2.
Press the desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
3.
Enter the desired phone number(up to 32 digits
can be registered).
4.
Press Regist key. Then, "Registration complete!"
is displayed for 3 seconds.
During the registration operation,
pressing any other key (Exit, SPD Set,
or Cancel) cancels the setting. In that
case, the terminal operates in
accordance with the pressed key.
When you receive an incoming call on
the accommodated line while
programming the One-Touch Speed
Calling key, you can continue with the
programming without answering the
call. However, if you answer the call,
the conversation will be started and the
registration operation will be canceled.
A new entry overwrites the previously
saved phone number (the existing
number temporarily displays when you
try to set a new number)
To Replace the Existing Data Assigned
to a One- Touch Speed Calling Key with
New Data Using SPD Set Key
1.
Press the SPD Set.
2.
Press desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
3.
The phone
displayed. Press Enter key or Edit soft key.
4.
Enter desired phone number (up to 32 digits can
be registered).
5.
Press Regist key. Then, "Registration complete!"
is displayed for 3 seconds.
