VOICE CALL

USING FEATURE KEY

1.
Lift handset.
2.
Dial desired station number.
3.
Press Voice.
4.
Speak to called party.

USING SOFT KEY

1.
Lift handset.
2.
Dial desired station number; Voice appears while
the station is ringing.
3.
Press Voice. And speak to called party.
A Voice Call may be programmed on a
One-Touch Speed Calling key by
pressing One-Touch Speed Calling
key, dialing the extension, and
pressing the Transfer key
If called party is on their line when a
Voice Call is attempted, calling
station's display indicates "VOICE
BUSY"
A voice call is restricted if called party's
station is not a DT Series. Display
Indicates "VOICE REST"

THREE- PARTY CONFERENCE

1.
While Station A and Station B are engaged in a
Two-party connection, Station A presses Transfer.
Station A hears Special Dial Tone.
Station B hears the music on hold.
2.
Station A dials a desired Station Number (Station
C).
3.
After Station C answers the transferred call,
Station A presses Conf.
4.
Three- Party call is now established.

VOICE MAIL SYSTEM

TO SET

1.
Press Feature.
2.
Press Enter.
3.
Dial desired "Voice Mail System" access code.
4.
Press Feature again.

TO ORIGINATE

1.
Press one touch key registered voice mail access
code.
2.
Hear ringback tone.
