TO DELETE SPECIFIC DATA

1.
Press >>> while the history data which you want
to delete is displayed.
2.
Press "Delete".
If you want to exit Call History, press
"End".
TO ADD CALL HISTORY DATA TO
LOCAL PHONEBOOK
The Call History data stored on the
system can be added to Phonebook
(controlled by the system) only. The
data cannot be added to the Personal
Directory controlled by the telephone.

Press "P.Book" or "Phonebook" while the history
data of the target party is displayed.
Local Phonebook feature allows the
user to register up to 100 records. If
exceeding 100 records at this point, the
error message shown below appears.
Press OK to go back to the previous
display.

Enter a desired name, and press "OK". (In this
example, "NEC ABIKO" is entered.)
If name information is stored on the call
history, the name is displayed.
If ">>>" is pressed on the above
screen, the following soft keys appear.
Pressing Up/Down cursor key or Eu-
s/Eu-l shifts characters between
uppercase and lowercase.
3.
The telephone number stored on the call history
is displayed. The telephone number can be
changed if necessary. Press "OK" to add the
displayed data to Local Phonebook.
CALL RECORDING BY THE
RECORDING SERVER
You can save voice call data to Recording Server.
When a call is being recorded or when a recording
error occurs, the status is indicated as an icon on
the LCD of the terminal. If Record key is assigned
on a Programmable Feature Key, LED of the key
indicates the status of call recording. When a
recording starts, the recording confirmation tone (a
tone to indicate while the terminal is in a recording
state) will be sent to the target party at an interval of
15 seconds. However, the recording confirmation
tone can be disabled.
This feature and the followings are set
at installation. For details, contact the
system administrator:
- displaying call recording icon
- playing recording confirmation tone

STATUS ICONS AND LED DISPLAY

The status icons that are displayed on the LCD
while the call recording is executed and the LED
status are explained below.
When call recording becomes disabled
because of the server error, the call
recording icon and the warning icon
are indicated alternatively per second.

The configuration to display recording
status icon is set at installation. For
details, contact the system
administrator.
