Defines a static route on a Multilayer Switching Module.

Important Considerations
Before you can define static routes, you must define at least one IP
interface. See "ip interface define" earlier in this chapter for more
information.
You can define up to 64 static routes.
Static routes remain in the table; you must remove them before you
can remove the corresponding interface.
Static routes take precedence over dynamically learned routes to the
same destination
Static routes are included in periodic Routing Information Protocol
(RIP) updates that the module sends.
