- Selector 5: Disable paper remaining sensor
When the paper remaining sensor had failure in the state of "no recording paper",
the print operation becomes unavailable. To avoid the stop of the print operation,
if "1: Function ON" is selected, the state of all the paper trays is fixed to
"Recording paper loaded", and the print operation can be started.
- Selector 6: Disable T2 detection sensor
In a machine with paper tray #2, "Paper tray #2 not detected" is displayed on the
LCD when the paper tray #2 is not set.
Setting this selector to "1" enables to use the machine without the caution
message displayed, even if paper tray #2 is not set.
- Selector 7: Disable display of MP tray setting request screen
Setting this selector to "1" disables display of the setting request screen when the
recording paper is loaded into the MP tray.
- Selector 8: Disable display of wrong setting screen before printing
Setting this selector to "1" disables display of the wrong setting screen before
printing.
