Safety Notes
NOTE: This Medical Electrical Equipment requires special precautions regarding EMC and must
be installed and put into service by Brainlab service staff and/or authorized service partners.
NOTE: Portable and mobile RF communications equipment can affect Medical Electrical
Equipment.
The use of accessories, transducers and cables other than those specified, with the
exception of transducers and cables sold by brainlab as replacement parts for internal
components, may result in increased emissions or decreased immunity of the equipment
or system.
Do not modify system setup or configuration of system components! in case of
modifications concerning electrical installation adjacent to the equipment, e.g. routing of
cables, verify that the equipment operates as intended.
The device may be subject to electrical interference by other equipment, even if that other
equipment complies with CISPR emission requirements.
