ADDITIONAL CONFIGURATIONS

5.1

DECLARING ANALOGUE SUBSCRIBERS

Analogue terminals managed by EX Controller or GX Gateway are seen as SIP terminals connected to
subscriptions declared in MiV5000.
The subscription must be created beforehand if it does not exist like any other terminal (refer to
Operating manual AMT/PTD/PBX/0080).
The next step is to assign the equipment (slot) to the subscription from the Devices tab of Menu
Telephony Service>System>EX/GX Configuration>Definition.
Tick the box in question (here on the Slot5 line).
A table is displayed to assign subscription numbers to front panel outlets (FXS1 to FXS4):
Fill in the corresponding local subscription numbers (no secondary line).
As you enter the subscription numbers, the right-hand columns are automatically filled in.
Once the entry is complete, click Apply Changes.
When the entry is complete, the menu displays the list of assignments and the Registered status of the
corresponding subscriptions:
