    Call modes Your telephone proposes various call modes suited to your activities. These features complete the classical handset mode (or discreet mode): lifting the handset to answer or make a call and on-hooking to end a call. Using the hands-free mode Handsfree mode lets you make or answer a call without lifting the handset.

    Call logs Four lists are available in the Call logs menu: • Missed calls log: unanswered calls • Incoming calls log: answered calls • Outgoing calls log: calls made • All calls: all incoming and outgoing calls. You can automatically call back a stored number while viewing a log. You can delete a re- cord or all the records stored.

    Call logs When you fail to answer your calls, a message on the screen informs you about the number of missed calls.     Directory The context-sensitive Pers. Dir (Voir “Description of the terminal”, page 1) can be used to access the internal directory stored on the terminal, and the external contacts de- fined either in the corporate directory or in the personal contacts (from Outlook Exchange). Note: Contact the system operator for information on how to activate this context-sensitive key, the available external resources and the required identification information.

However, since these numbers are saved on the terminal, they are not accessible from an- other terminal: case of moving a subscription (login/logout) or associated terminals.
