Selecting a Program

To select a Program, use the PROGRAM section of the main panel; otherwise, if the instrument is in Program
Mode, use the data entry dial beneath the display, the Bank buttons [
also be selected through the foot switch connected to the PEDAL [PROGRAM + / -] port on the rear panel. In
the latter case, the display does not need to be on the main page.
To select a Program, use the data entry dial: rotate clockwise to select the next location, or counter-clockwise to
select the previous one. When the last location of the Bank is selected (e.g. A16), rotating the dial clockwise will
select the first location of the following Bank (for example B01). The opposite is also true: when the first location
of a Banks is selected (e.g. B01), rotating the dial counter-clockwise will select the last location of the previous
Bank (A16 in the example).

PROGRAM BANK SELECTION SEQUENCE
According to the current status of the Confirm Program parameter (page 57) the new Program can be recalled
immediately or only when the user confirms the change by pressing the data entry dial. In the latter case, the
Program location will blink until the dial is pressed. To cancel the Program selection, press [EXIT].
Legend '70s also allows to select four Programs directly, by pressing the [SET] buttons. These buttons can be
used to select Programs quickly without having to scroll through locations with the data entry dial. For example,
if you need to select Program D-12 right after B-01, the Program can be
assigned to a [SET] button.
To assign a Program to a [SET] button, select the Program, then press
a [SET] button for a short while. The Program will be assigned to that
specific button. Once this is done, the following screen will appear on
the display:
The main parameters of a Program can be adjusted in real time while
running it. To do so, use the controls on the main panel and on the
additional modules. Each time one of the controls is used, the name and
value of the modified parameter will appear on display. For example,
when the [DRY/WET] control of the Reverb effect is used, the display
will show the video page:
