I have inherited a viva keyboard. it works with headphones but I can't get it to play without the headphones...can you help?

To get the Viscount Viva keyboard to play sound without headphones, you need to connect it to an external amplifier or speaker system. The keyboard does not produce sound on its own without being connected to such a system. Make sure to avoid connecting it to circuits with devices that create line noise, like motors or dimmer switches.

VIVA Series - Digital Piano Product care Placement Avoid subjecting the Viscount Viva to high temperatures such as direct sunlight for example. Do not leave the instrument in very damp and dusty places or near equipment likely to produce strong interference or magnetic fields such as radios, TVs, monitors, etc.
The layer is an area on the keyboard associated with a particular sound: its extension is user defined. Viva has two layers, therefore can reproduce up to two sounds at the same time, one above the other or “split” on the keyboards.
