PROBLEM
The QUANTUM® has no power.
Driver Interface is not working.
Occupant Interface

The QUANTUM® has restarted
the same function several
times but has not completed
the function.
The QUANTUM® is not
responding because system
restarted
too many times.

ANSWER
Make sure the wire being used is 18 gauge.
There MUST be a minimum power of 15
Amps at 11-15 VDC or 10 Amps at
22-28 VDCgoing to the QUANTUM®. Make
sure the vehicle's ignition and parking
brake are on.
Make sure the wire being used is 22 gauge
and check wire connections at both ends.
Make sure the wire being used is 22 gauge

Make sure the Master Switch on the
Driver Interface is in the "ON" position.
Make sure there is nothing obstructing
the QUANTUM®, if so remove it and
resume function.
Let the QUANTUM® cool down for about
1 minute and then restart it again.
