Troubleshooting the Start-Up of your Prestige
Corrective Action
Check the connection between the AC adapter and the Prestige.
If the error persists, you may have a hardware problem. In this
case you should contact technical support.
1.Check to see if the Prestige is connected to your computer's
serial port.
2. Check to see if the
communications program is
configured correctly. The
communications software should
