V-Wheel Wing Scrapers - Optional

With the Rollers on level ground, attach 209842 Wing
Scraper Brackets to the Wing Frame Tube with 5/8-11
U-Bolts and Flanged Locknuts. Tighten Flanged Locknut
only enough so Brackets can be adjusted accordingly on
the Wing Frame Tube. Attach 209843 Wing Scraper
Brackets to appropriate Wing Frame Scraper Mounting
Plates with 1/2-13 x 2 Bolts and Flanged Locknuts. See
Figures 2-25 and 2-26.

Wing Scraper Bars are pre-assembled with Scrapers
attached (spaced approximately 6 inches apart). Loosen
Four Scraper U-Bolts on each Wing Scraper Bar where
the Scraper Bar will attach to the Wing Scraper Brackets.
See Figures 2-25 and 2-26. Place Wing Scraper Bar
against the Scraper Brackets Tab. Secure by sliding the
loosened 1/2-13 U-Bolts over each Scraper Bracket Tab
and tightening the Flanged Locknuts. Tighten all Scraper
Bracket Hardware.
