Cutting Operations

Symptom
The cut line is crooked.
There is a uncut line.
The media on the corner
is turned up.
The sharpness of corner
is not enough.
The corner is too sharp.
Start and end point are
not connected.

Verification Items
(1) Is there any paper dust or chip
on the tip of the cutter set?
(2) Does the blade turn smoothly in
the cutter set?
(4) Do the X and Y drive belts have
the correct tension?
(1) Is the blade extended too far?
(2) Is the cutting force too low?
(3) Is the cutting speed too fast?
(1) Is the blade extended too far?
(2) Is the cutting force too high?
(3) Is the tip of the blade snapped?
(1) Is the type of the tool set
correctly on the plotter?
(2) Is the blade extended too far?
(3) Is the cutting force too high?
(4) Is the tip of the blade snapped?
(1) Is the type of the tool set

Remove the blade cap and clean it.
Replace the cutter set.
Adjust the tension of the belt(s).
