Perform Camera Alignment

The camera position has both coarse and fine position adjustments and coarse and fine focus
adjustments. To start, loosen the fasteners which tighten to camera cover to the mast. Position
the camera cover vertically such that the working distance from the lens surface to the BioRakes
is 15cm. Next, adjust the zoom and focus rings on the lens until the BioRake tines are brought
into focus. The camera assembly can then be rotated until the camera is positioned
approximately over the center of the 4 BioRakes.
To achieve different ranges for field of view, the camera cover can be moved up and down to
change the working distance but a 15cm working distance will accommodate most applications.
Be careful to move the camera housing gently in small increments, supporting it with your hand at
all times, so as not to crash it into the goosenecks or BioRakes.
