7-5 Troubleshooting

Solutions to frequently encountered problems and errors are described below.
<Reference>
● Check the wiring.
● Check the voltage and capacity of the power supply.
■All indicators are OFF
Power is not supplied.
The power supply voltage is not within the
specifications.
A connector is not firmly connected.
■The correct judgment value is not displayed
The object to be measured is not within the
measurement range.
Zero setting has not been performed.
The calculation mode is not set correctly.

If the product still does not operate normally after you check the above, consult our technical sup-
port center.

Check if the capacity of the power supply is sufficient.
Connect the power supply correctly.
Correctly set the power supply voltage.
Firmly connect the connector.
Check the measurement range of the sensor head you are using.
When you use the HG-S Series for the first time, or after re-
placing the sensor head, perform zero-point adjustment.
If you are using connected controllers, check the calculation
mode.
