Frequency Interference Statement
Note:
• This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital

Declaration of Conformity with the requirements of the E-Waste (Management) Rules

substances of the E-Waste Rules.

1 Pen tip
Use the product by touching this part to the screen.
2 Button 1
The function varies depending on the type of app and settings. (Press the end closest
to the pen tip.)

The function varies depending on the type of app and settings. (Press the end closest
to the cap.)
4 Battery holder
Insert the battery here.
5 Cap (screw type)
• Enable the Active pen in the touch operation mode settings of the unit (see the
Reference Manual for more information).
• Use the product perpendicularly to the screen.
• The product may not operate correctly if it is tilted too much or if the pen tip is not
pressed enough.
Inserting a battery

Rotate the cap to open it, turn over the product, and take out the
battery holder.

Check the positive and negative terminals of the battery, and insert
the battery into the battery holder.

Return the battery holder with the + end first, and attach the cap.
• Check that there is no debris or dirt
inside the product or around the
battery holder before returning the
battery holder.
• Check that the cap is not tilted, and
firmly attach it so that it is not loose.
Replacing the pen tip
The pen tip must be replaced when it becomes worn down or damaged, and
unresponsive. Refer below for the replacement procedure.
• Make sure to use the included replacement tips.
• If the tip becomes too short, it will be difficult to pull out. Replace the tip before it
becomes too short.
• Using a damaged pen tip may scratch the screen.

Clasp the tip with a tool such as pliers, and
pull it out in the direction of the arrow.

Insert the replacement tip straight into the
product as illustrated.
• Insert the tip all the way in.
• Do not apply excessive force during insertion.

If you experience any trouble while using this product, refer to the following information
for basic troubleshooting. If the trouble persists, contact your technical support
representative.
