    • Macintosh OS To use the XPPS software to publish documents, your workstation must be able to access the Xerox printer through a Xerox supported network. You should be familiar with the application you will be using, with using a mouse, and with managing the dialog boxes and windows.

    NOTE: If you created your PDL file using the print to disk or print to file option, and any of the Xerox printer drivers, do not use the XDS software to submit the job. The job ticket information included with the PDL file may conflict with the job ticket information programmed in XDS.
