Checking with Error Status Flag

When the error status flag is on
The value for Error status flag (RX(n+1)A, RX(n+3)A, RX(n+5)A, RX(n+7)A, RX(n+D)A) is determined by the number of
occupied stations of CC-Link that corresponds to the CC-Link operation mode.
