GET_SERVICE_FLAGS, 0x34

The GET_SERVICE_FLAGS function is used to get the status of the
maintenance indicators of the 32 switching channels.
The bits that are set in the input data correspond to the switching channels
whose set maintenance interval is exceeded.
To delete a service flag, the relevant hours-run meter must be set with a value
that is smaller than the corresponding maintenance interval.
