GET_CURRENT_DATE, 0x0D

The GET_CURRENT_DATE function is used to get the current date.
The value is updated in each bus cycle without requiring a new function call.
The input data contains the seconds that have elapsed from 01.01.1970 00:00
to 00:00 of the current day in local time.
