GET_CURRENT_UTC, 0x0C

Both the current date and time are read using the GET_CURRENT_UTC
function.
The value is updated in each bus cycle without requiring a new function call.
The input data contains the seconds that have elapsed since 01.01.1970 00:00
in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, similar to Greenwich Mean Time).
