Set Up Your Voicemail
Procedure
Step 1
Do one of these actions:
• Desk phones—Press Messages
• Conference phone—Press Messages.
Step 2 Enter your PIN.
Step 3
Press 4 to access Setup options.
Step 4 Press 1 to listen to your current greeting.
Step 5
Press 2 to record a new greeting, and press # when you finish recording.
Step 6 If you are happy with your new greeting, press 1 to save it, and press * twice to exit.

Reset Your Voicemail PIN in My Cisco Webex Settings

You need a voicemail PIN to access your voicemail messages. If you didn't set your voicemail PIN when you
received your phone, you can set your PIN at anytime. Reset your PIN when you encounter either of these
situations:
• After three failed sign-in attempts within 5 minutes, your account is locked for 30 minutes. To unlock
• Your PIN expires after 180 days.
Before you begin
You don't get a default PIN. Use the Reset Voicemail PIN option in Cisco Webex Settings to create it.
Familiarize yourself with the rules for setting your voicemail PIN.
