3.13 Power Supply Module

The M3A-HS64G01 is supplied 12 V power and the voltage regulator on the M3A-HS64G01 generates 8 V, and 5 V voltage.
5 V is supplied to the M3A-HS64, and the voltage regulator on the M3A-HS64 generates digital voltage (3.3 V, 3VCC) and
analog voltage (3.3 V, AVcc).
