2.10 Power Supply Module

The M3A-HS64 is supplied 5 V power supply, the voltage regulator on the M3A-HS64 generates 3.3 V voltage, the reference
voltage for the A/D converter (3.3 V), and 1.2 V. CPU 3.3 V and 1.2 V power can be externally-supplied.
