3.2 Connection of the CP9xx device

Configuration of computer network systems
If you are familiar with the configuration of computer networks, you can carry out
the connection of the CP9xx alarm indicator and operator panel yourself. Otherwi-
se please contact your EDP administrator!
For UL-applications (only CP907)
Use copper conductors only.
Minimum temperature rating of the cable to be connected to the field wiring termi-
nals: 75 °C
Minimum temperature rating of the cable to be connected to the PoE connector:
80 °C
For supply via PoE the power supply has to fulfill one of the following requirements:
- Class 2 acc. UL1310 or
- Limited power source acc. UL 60950 or
- Limited energy circuit acc. UL 61010
Remove the device from the built-in flush-mounting box.
