10.4 Maintenance schedule

Observe the status display for oil filter, oil level, oil temperature and oil exchange
of the LED strip at the hydraulic power unit.

These components/substances or materials are subject to natural wear. It is therefore very
important to permanently check the components' condition. If necessary, these components are
to be replaced outside the maintenance intervals.

10.5 Maintenance

10.5.1 Checking the electric components/installation

Have the entire electric installation regularly checked by a specialized electrician.
Additionally, carry out regular machine and system inspections according to
DIN EN 60204-1 (VDE 0113 part 1) or DIN VDE 0701-0702.
Check the power unit housings, cables and plug-in connections and connector
contacts for damage.
Inadmissible damage includes breaks, cracks, abrasion, deformation or
discoloration.
The hydraulic power unit may only be operated if the electric components are not
damaged.
