8.2
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
Any special maintenance operations which are not included in the chart for the scheduled operations are to be carried
out only by the manufacturer's technicians or the customer's personnel who have been specially trained carefully
following the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
8.3
TROUBLESHOOTING
A red LED on the control unit comes on to inform the operator whenever the machine stops. The operator can simply
locate the fault that caused the machine to stop and remedy it by referring to the INSTRUCTIONS B manual. If safety
devices were activated, reset the machine as described in chapter 6, USE OF THE MACHINE.
Malfunctioning may be due to:
- problems that arise during the work-cycle
- defects in the product
The defects, possible causes and remedies are given in the following table.
