USER GUIDE
Note that as shown, this includes the weight of all cabinets, the flying grid, distro hanger and mains distro cables.
Finally the loading for each point is shown. For system over ten MLA, single point hanging is not possible so you will see the
following;-
A ten cabinet or less array will display as follows;-
If you are using a single point hang you can use this information to fly the array from the hole in the central spine of the grid as
shown. The actual hanging angle is shown and this can be entered into Display 2.1 and the EQ optimisation re-calculated to give
a more accurate result as the array position entered will be "real world"exactly how it has been mechanically deployed.
For two point hanging the load for each point is displayed in both kilogrammes and pounds;-
Finally the safety specification is flagged showing whether the rigging complies with both BGV C1 and DIN 18800;-
Here is an example with a fictitious 15 cabinet array with exaggerated cabinet angles. As the load on the front motor is showing
a negative figure it is clear that this array is impossible to physically deploy and the BGV C1 flag is showing a fail. It is highly
unlikely that Display 2.1 will produce such an extreme result however if it does you will need to change the angles until the array
can be safely flown and re-enter the angles you have used back into Display 2.1 and re-optimise the EQ;-
