5 Contacting Keysight

Check the basics

Problems can be solved by repeating what was being performed when the
problem occurred. A few minutes spent in performing these simple checks may
eliminate the time required for instrument repair.
Before contacting Keysight or returning the peak power analyzer for service,
please perform the following checks.
– Check that the line socket has power.
– Check that the peak power analyzer is plugged into the proper AC power
– Check that the peak power analyzer is switched on.
– Check that the other equipment, cables, and connectors are connected
