Replacement of Gas Cells
6.1.4.1

Transmitter Adjustments.
To replace a gas cell proceed as follows :
turn the power OFF and remove the transmitter from its air purge.
remove the four screws holding the transmitter front flange in position and
remove the front flange.
turn the three brass extended head screws anti-clockwise (unscrew) to loosen
assembly.
carefully lift out the assembly and ease the PCB off its supports.
unscrew the M3 x 6 slotted screw (or grub screw on some models) at the end of
the gas cell assembly.
prise the gas cell off the stepper motor shaft.
place the new gas cell in position and reverse the above process.
turn ON the power and recalibrate - see
