    Section_1 Introduction 1 Introduction This document is a user manual for the LCD interface for instrument TunnelTech 500/700, which helps to navigate the menus and sub menus using the unit’s keypad membrane. Keypad Membrane Using the keypad buttons the user can access and navigate the menus and sub NOTE: menus.

    Display Interface Manual Monitoring Solutions Welcome Screen The welcome screen displays “Codel – FM” (manufacturer’s name) and “TT500/700 SERIES” (instrument’s name). The welcome screen is closely followed by the measurement initialisation screen. Depending on if the attached peripherals have been powered down, the current state of the attached devices will be displayed.

    Section_2 Main Menu 2 Main Menu The Instrument has following main menu options: 2.1.1 Measurements: Acts as main screen for data observation and allows the user to select which measurand data is to be displayed. 2.1.2 Diagnostics: Allows the user to view more in-depth diagnostic data for each channel available on the device, as well as set some status information for peripheral measurement devices.

    Section_3 Measurements 3 Measurements The measurements screen acts as the main observation screen, displaying the data collected from the attached peripherals. From the main measurements screen pressing button brings up the channel selection menu which allows the user to select which attached channel should be displayed on the main screen.

Using the arrow navigation buttons, the user can navigate through the different channels, and peripheral board status menu options that are enabled.

    Section_5 Setup Mode When entering the Sensor Setup menu, the first available channel is displayed. If the device being read is the Electrochemical cell board the menu will display the current measurand that the device is set to. Alternatively, if only the Visibility board is attached the menu heading will simply display “VIS”.

To configure the span offset, press the key to enter the “Set Span Offset” menu Using the keys, the user can adjust the currently selected digit ranging from 0 to 9, exceeding these ranges automatically rolls the figure to the opposite end of the scale.

To perform a calibration, press the key to enter the “Initiate Cal” submenu From this menu a calibration can be performed.
