Diagnostics via the I/O diagnostic interface (STI)

The CPX terminal provides a 16−bit I/O diagnostics interface
(system table interface, STI) if you activate this function using
DIL switches (see section 1.4.2) assuming the
corresponding PLC hardware configuration (see Tab. 1/3).

section 2.6.2.
