assembling. Pay attention not to damage the wires or any other fragile parts of the projector.
Be sure to lock the connectors which has locking mechanism. (Push in until it clicks.)
Be sure to lock the claw of ferrite cores and careful not to pinch the wires.
Be careful not to pinch any wire when screwing, locking clips and any other works putting together.
Cut the cable ties as near the lock part as possible. The rest part can form sharp edge.
NOTE:
The adhesive tapes and cable ties used in this projector may not be reused once you remove
them. Prepare the articles beforehand according to the section Articles necessary to your
maintenance and repair works of the chapter Service points.
Refer to the section Lamp or
disassembling them.
Lamp cover assembly (LAMP1/2 DOOR, LAMP1/2 EXHAUST FAN, LAMP1/2 DOOR PCB)
Pay attention not to hit or give shock to the lamp cover assembly to avoid mulfunction in the
attached LAMP1/2 EXHAUST FAN.
Disassembling
1. Loosen 2 lamp cover screws (marked by arrow) and then
slide down and lift the lamp cover assembly to remove it.
2. Remove a screw fastening the lamp cover wire to the
LAMP EXHAUST DUCT.
3. Remove 2 screws to detach the LAMP DOOR PCB.
Lift the PCB and disconnect the fan cable.
4.
FAN, the fan cover and the lamp cover wire.
NOTE:
Remember to detach LAMP EXHAUST
FAN, fan cover, lamp cover wire and
LAMP DOOR PCB when you replace
the LAMP DOOR. The LAMP DOOR
of service parts does not include the
parts.
