LAMP HOUSE (LAMP1/2 SW. PCB, Thermal sw. TSW1/2)
NOTE:
Remove the LAMP EXHAUST DUCT before disassembling the LAMP HOUSEs.
Disassembling
1. Remove 3 screws to detach
the LAMP DUCT UP SASSY.
2. Pull out the thermal sw.
3. With paying attention to CNCS1/2,
remove a screw to release the LAMP
lead CNLP1/2, and remove 2 screws
inside the LAMP HOUSE and detach it.
4. Remove the screw from the switch
device on the LAMP DOOR RELAY
PCB to remove it. Remember to
disconnect CNCS1/2 when you replace
the PCB.
Assembling
1. Screw down the LAMP SW. PCB on the LAMP SW.
METAL.
2. Check the wiring if it is properly prepared.
3. Screw down the LAMP HOUSE and LAMP lead
CNLP1/2 as before. Make sure the direction of
CNLP1/2 housing connector when screw it down.
4. Put the thermal s w. in and connect CNCS1/2 as
before. Make sure the totally covered with foil side of
the switch device faces the LAMP UNIT.
NOTE:
The thermal sw. with longer cable is TSW1 (CNTS1).
The one with shorter cable is TSW2 (CNTS2).
5. Attach the LAMP DUCT UP SASSY.

Connect CNCS1/2.
M2x8, silver screw, w/ washer,
torque: 0.24~0.34N·m

Make the boss on CNLP1/2
housing connector point LAMP
HOUSE side.
